DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  1. Contact customer service at info@hammershill.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return.
  2. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within two business days.
  3. Please allow 2-5 working days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.


Hammers Hill wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this site. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us via email as stated above, to return unused products within (10) days of receiving of your purchases. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The product you wish to return:
• Is returned within ten (10) days of receiving the order.
• Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
• Must have all tags still attached.
• Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.
• Must be sent back in its original packaging.
• Products that belong in the same order must be returned in one shipment.

Non-Returnable Items
• Worn Items (Items can be tried on!)
• Washed Items
• Items Damaged by User
• Items without Original Tags
• Used Items


If we have made a Mistake:
Hey, we're not perfect. If we've sent you the incorrect or damaged item, Hammers Hill will pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt, you may email us at info@hammershill.com and the Hammers Hill team will help you with your return.


HOW TO EXCHANGE: Hammershill.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.hammershill.com to submit a new order for your new items.

**Hammers Hill is not able to generate return labels for return shipments. Domestic & International customers will be responsible for return shipments.
